How do I vote?

Once the nomination period has closed you can cast your vote for your preferred candidate(s). If you are unsure about your eligibility to vote, check the eligibility criteria. Follow the steps below to vote.

Step 1: Go to the eVoting platform

Go to imperialcollegeunion.org/vote.

This will take you to eVoting, the Union’s online election platform.

Step 2: Login

Log in using your College login e.g. kthack15

Once logged in, the landing page will appear with a link to all elections you are eligible to vote in.

If at this point you feel you are 'missing' an election please check the eligibility critera.

Step 3: Select the position

Click on the link for the position you wish to vote for

This will take you to the online ‘voting booth’ to cast your vote for the position you have chosen.

Step 4: Read the voting guidence

Read the guidance provided in the ‘voting booth’ on how to vote before filling in your preference(s) for the candidates.

Step 5: Submit vote

Click the blue ‘Submit Vote’ button to cast your vote.

Alternatively, click the blue ‘Submit and Continue’ button to cast your vote and continue to the next position in this election.

Once you have finished voting the page will refresh to the ‘Thanks for voting’ screen.
